Eight steps, none of them stressful.
From the first note to the box at your door. Your pet does not need to sit, stay, or be good. That is our job.
A 15-minute planning call
We talk through fit, location, whether treats are allowed, anything that sets your pet off, and what you want to hang. Then we book the date. The session fee locks it in.
Questionnaire and release
A short pet questionnaire and a simple release, done online. We keep vaccination details on file and ask you to stay responsible for your pet during the session. Portfolio permission is separate from your purchase; you choose.
A prep guide, three days out
We text a short guide. Groom two or three days before, not the morning of. Skip breakfast for a food-motivated dog. Bring the favorite toy. Wear what you would wear in the photo.
The session, 60 to 90 minutes
One of us shoots and one of us handles: treats, the squeaker, the leash held just out of frame and removed later. In the studio we run the backdrop wall to floor for traction. At home we bring the backdrop and the light. We make standing and beauty portraits, one setup that shows your pet's personality, and then the frames with you in them.
Proofs within seven days
A private online gallery of 25 to 40 images. Star the ones you love and leave notes on any you want adjusted.
The ordering call, day 10 to 14
On Zoom or at the studio with sample prints on the wall. We show your pet mocked up in your own room at real size. You pick a collection and pay the balance. No pressure, no hard sell.
Delivery
Digital images within seven days of your order. Prints and frames in about three weeks. Albums in four to six weeks. Every box comes with a handwritten note and a 5x7 print.
